motions

The best way to influence the student union without having to personally engage in one or several of the union bodies is to submit motions to the representative assembly meetings. A motion is a document that contains the following information.
– Background: Why the motion is being written and what you want to change and why.
– Pleading: What the motion should change. For example a change to a paragraph or similar.
– Who supports the motion: A list of one or more names.

Please use our motion template when you write your motions.

The motion is then submitted to styrelsen@bthstudent.se before the motion stop which is 14 days before any regular representative assembly meeting.

participate on meetings

As a member you have the right to attend and share your opinion on meetings within our organization. If you want to attend a meeting that your educational association or a section is having. Then you can click here to see if they sent out a summons recently for their next meeting.

projects and events

We often receive ideas from students about projects or similar which we could arrange. Do you have a suggestion on a project or an idea of an event? But you might not have time or the possibility to go through with it yourself?
